Ordering Information
Minimum Order Requirements:
- Overall order minimum: $150.00
- Lower-priced items typically sold by the dozen
- Higher-value items may be priced individually
- High volume discounts available for certain items under certain conditions, mostly for jobbers, distributors and the like - contact us for details
Shipping & Pricing:
- Shipping costs calculated after your order is packed and weighed for maximum accuracy
- We confirm the final shipping total with you before processing your order
- We secure the best available rate (typically USPS or UPS) and get your approval before manually charging your credit card
- Shipping confirmation typically provided within 1 business day
Stock Status:
- Popular items show "Out of Stock" when unavailable
- Other items may be temporarily hidden to keep the product menus from getting cluttered
- Contact us about any specific items you're looking for
Catalog Options:
- We no longer publish an annual printed catalog.
- However, if you prefer a hard copy catalog to keep by your register, just let us know and we’ll snail mail you a “website catalog printout.”
